What type of surface do I need ? |

A level surface free of any sharp objects. Grass is always the safest; however we do cater for halls. Please contact us for further information.

When will my inflatable arrive/be collected ? |

Our usual delivery times are between 8am - 11am with hire duration usually 7 hours. We understand that there will be individual needs with regards to delivery and collection times, please call to discuss upon booking.

Are the inflatables clean ? |

All inflatables are supplied in a safe, clean condition. Should they become soiled, stained or damaged a charge for cleaning/repair will apply.

How much room do I need for my inflatable ? |
| A: |
This is dependent upon the size of inflatable you require. Generally we ask for an area of at least 2ft around the castle for safety reasons.

How long does it take to set up and collect ? |
| A: |
It takes approximately 15 minutes to set up (dependent on size of the inflatable and the access route) and approximately 20 minutes to deflate and pack away. Please make sure all access routes are clear of all hazards, and the grass is free from toys, clothes-lines, animal droppings, etc

Can you go through my house ? |
| A: |
Due to the size and weight of the inflatables it is preferable that access is not through a property but other means of access i.e. garden/garage/ side gate entrance is preferred. If you do not have any of the above, contact us to discuss and where possible we will send a representative to check access. This is chargeable at £20.

Can Adults use the inflatable ? |

The inflatables we supply are for either for Children (under 11) and Adults (All Ages).. NO ADULTS should go onto a childs inflatable as this can cause damage to the inflatable. Adult use of a child inflatable is not approved under Health & Safety Guidelines or for insurance purposes.

Can we keep the inflatable overnight ? |

Yes, but overnight charges apply. This can be arranged at the time of booking. You will be responsible for the safekeeping of the inflatable which should be kept under cover overnight. |
